Meshkaa App – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Meshkaa. Meshkaa (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a mental health and well-being application designed specifically for women in the Middle East. By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your use of Meshkaa and its services. Please read them carefully before using the App.
2. Scope of Services
Meshkaa provides digital tools and resources to support women’s mental health and emotional well-being, including but not limited to:
- Personalized self-care programs
- Individual counseling and consultation sessions
- Follow-up and emotional support services
- Tools to record and track mood and activities
- Online support groups and communities
- Educational materials and resources to promote well-being
(Collectively referred to as “the Services.”)
These services are for mental wellness and lifestyle support purposes only and do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.
3. Accounts and Registration
3.1. You must create an account to access Meshkaa’s features.
3.2. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
3.3. If you are under 18 years old, registration must be done with a guardian’s consent.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.5. Meshkaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. Meshkaa offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features and services.
4.2. Plans vary by duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and level of service. Details, pricing, and benefits are shown at the time of purchase.
4.3. Payments must be made in advance via approved methods within the App or website.
4.4. Subscriptions renew automatically under the same terms unless canceled before the end of the current period.
4.5. By subscribing, you authorize Meshkaa to charge your chosen payment method for renewal fees.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting: support@meshkaa-ltd.com
5.2. Monthly plans: No refunds are issued after payment; access continues until the current period ends.
5.3. Annual plans: You may request a partial refund based on unused months, calculated pro-rata from the cancellation date.
5.4. Approved refunds are processed within 28 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5.5. Meshkaa reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse, violation of Terms, or repeated refund history.
6. Free Trials
Meshkaa may offer free or discounted trial periods.
At the end of the trial, normal subscription fees apply automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
7. Restrictions and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Post or share offensive, harassing, or misleading content.
- Upload files or programs that may damage or disrupt the App.
- Infringe on third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or data.
Meshkaa reserves the right to suspend access if these conditions are violated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software—is owned or licensed by Meshkaa and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App’s content without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer
The App and its Services are designed for general mental wellness and do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy.
Meshkaa and its affiliates are not responsible for any medical or emotional outcomes resulting from misuse or reliance on App content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshkaa is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss, business interruption, or service downtime
- Issues caused by third-party services or network failures
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Meshkaa harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Meshkaa may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach the Terms or misuse the Services.
Termination does not waive Meshkaa’s right to pursue other remedies.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, as applicable.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant country of residence of the user.
